Regulation to Amend National Policy 46-201 Escrow for Initial Public Offerings
The Minister of Finance of Québec approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to amend various securities laws and policies. The specific amendment to National Policy 46-201 requires that documents filed with regulators outside Québec be transmitted electronically through the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+). This regulation came into force on June 9, 2023, to align with the phased implementation of SEDAR+.
