Bulletin 2006-3: Withdrawal of Insurance Division Bulletin INS 2002-7

The Oregon Insurance Division issued Bulletin 2006-3 to formally withdraw Bulletin INS 2002-7 regarding voluntary expedited filing procedures for the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002. This action establishes Bulletin INS 2006-1 as the current governing directive for insurers on this topic. The withdrawal takes effect immediately and applies to all property and casualty insurers writing commercial lines in Oregon.
