The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding the assessment of knowledge and experience by credit managers. These guidelines, applicable from June 27, 2024, require credit managers to evaluate whether their entire management or administrative body possesses appropriate expertise under Directive (EU) 2021/2167. In application of this directive and the EBA guidelines, the ACPR adopted Instruction No. 2024-I-04 concerning the appointment or renewal of a senior manager or a member of a supervisory body.

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines (EBA/GL/2023/09) allowing credit managers to assess whether their management or administrative body, as a whole, possesses appropriate knowledge and experience under Directive (EU) 2021/2167.
These guidelines are applicable as of June 27, 2024, to the credit managers referred to in Article L. 54-11-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code.
In application of Directive (EU) 2021/2167 and the European Banking Authority's guidelines 2023/09, the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority has adopted Instruction No. 2024-I-04 regarding the appointment or renewal of a senior manager or a member of a supervisory body.
