CVM Instruction No. 526 of September 21, 2012
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Instruction No. 526 to amend Article 37 of Instruction No. 505. This amendment mandates that intermediaries must comply with the provisions of the Instruction and rules established by organized market administrators by February 1, 2013. The regulation entered into force on the date of its publication.
