ASIC discontinues winding up proceedings against Liberty Bell Bay

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) discontinued its proceedings to wind up Liberty Bell Bay Pty Ltd on 30 April 2026. The regulator had initially sought winding up due to the company's failure to lodge annual financial reports. The action was halted because administrators have been appointed to the company, which defers its financial reporting obligations during the administration process.
