The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic exempts financial entities from prior authorization and reporting requirements when selling or assigning third-party credit portfolios to unaffiliated parties, as stipulated in point 1.1 of the consolidated text on Credit Portfolio Assignment. This regulatory adjustment streamlines transactions by eliminating the need for Superintendence approval and direct information submissions. The Bank will subsequently issue updated informational sheets to replace existing documentation in the referenced consolidated text.
