We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the resolution which, in its pertinent part, establishes: "- It is ordered that for any sale or assignment carried out by financial entities to unaffiliated persons, regarding credits granted to third parties –as provided in point 1.1. of the consolidated text on Credit Portfolio Assignment– prior authorization from the Superintendence of Financial and Foreign Exchange Entities will not be required, nor will information need to be sent to that authority." Furthermore, we inform you that we will subsequently send you the sheets which, in replacing those previously provided, must be incorporated into the referenced consolidated text.
