Decision No. 2025-C-08 of March 17, 2025 on the Composition of the Audit Committee of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority
The College of Supervision of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Decision No. 2025-C-08 to appoint Denis Morin as President of the Audit Committee and Fabien Raynaud, Cécile Gérard, and Agnès de Clermont Tonnerre as members. This decision formally replaces the previous composition established by Decision No. 2022-C-60 of December 6, 2022. The appointment was made upon the proposal of the President and is subject to publication in the official register of the ACPR.
