THE COLLEGE IN PLENARY SESSION

Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, in particular Article R. 612-12; Having regard to the Order of the Minister of the Economy, Finance, and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty of March 12, 2025, appointing members to the Supervision College of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority; Having regard to the internal regulations of the Supervision College of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority,

DECIDES

Article 1: Upon the proposal of the President, the Supervision College designates as President of its Audit Committee:

• Mr. Denis MORIN, President;

Article 2: Upon the proposal of the President, the Supervision College designates as members of its Audit Committee the following persons:

• Mr. Fabien RAYNAUD;
• Ms. Cécile GÉRARD;
• Ms. Agnès de CLERMONT TONNERRE.

Article 3: This decision repeals and replaces Decision No. 2022-C-60 of December 6, 2022 of the Supervision College of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority regarding the composition of the Audit Committee of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority.

Article 4: This decision shall be published in the Official Register of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority.
