CVM Deliberation No. 178 of February 13, 1995

CVM DELIBERATION NO. 178, OF FEBRUARY 13, 1995.

Provides for the periodic disclosure to the market of the name of publicly held companies that have not kept their company registration updated.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION - CVM makes public that the Collegiate Body, in a session held on this date, in view of the provisions of Article 4, item VI, and based on Article 9, paragraph 1, item III, of Law No. 6,385, of December 7, 1976, and on item "b" of item I of Resolution No. 702, of August 26, 1981, of the National Monetary Council,

DELIBERATED:

I - The Securities and Exchange Commission will semi-annually disclose to market participants the name of publicly held companies whose company registration, as provided for in Article 21 of Law No. 6,385/76, as established in CVM Instruction No. 202/93, has been outdated for more than 6 (six) months.

II - The Securities and Exchange Commission will publish the aforementioned list in the Official Gazette of the Union and in the dissemination vehicle used by the Commission for the disclosure of its legal acts, making it available to other interested parties.

III - This Deliberation enters into force on the date of its publication.
