Draft Regulation to amend Regulation 45-106 respecting Prospectus Exemptions
The securities regulator issued a draft regulation to amend Regulation 45-106 respecting Prospectus Exemptions. The proposed changes involve deleting the definitions of "bank" and "Canadian financial institution" from Section 1.1. Additionally, the amendment removes subparagraph (iii) from paragraph (a) of Section 2.43 of the Regulation.
