Proposed Amendments to the Law of Commerce issued pursuant to Decree Law No. (7) of 1987
The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) requests all retail banks to review proposed amendments to the Law of Commerce submitted by the Ministry of Legal Affairs. Institutions must assess the draft changes from technical and legal perspectives, then submit their feedback—including nil responses—in an editable format to the CBB by 6 November 2022.
