Regulation 13-103 respecting System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+)
The Minister of Finance approved Regulation 13-103, which mandates that persons required or permitted to file documents with securities regulators must transmit them through the SEDAR+ system. The regulation establishes specific requirements for user profiles, fee payments, and exemptions for technical hardships or certain confidential filings. It repeals the former SEDAR regulation and came into force on June 9, 2023.
