The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 202 on 18 November 2025 to formally register amendments to the rules of the MGM RICE Closed Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund. This action follows petitions submitted by MGM RICE CJSC in October and November 2025 and incorporates the conclusion of the Central Bank's Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day following its delivery to the fund or its authorized representative.
