2025-11-18 | 9175The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 202 on 18 November 2025 to formally register amendments to the rules of the MGM RICE Closed Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund. This action follows petitions submitted by MGM RICE CJSC in October and November 2025 and incorporates the conclusion of the Central Bank's Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day following its delivery to the fund or its authorized representative.

ON REGISTERING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF “MGM RICE” CLOSED NON-PUBLIC CONTRACTUAL INVESTMENT FUND OF “MGM RICE” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Part 4 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”;
Taking into account that “MGM RICE” CJSC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 10 October 2025 and 5 November 2025 with a petition to register the amendments to the rules of “MGM RICE” Closed Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “MGM RICE” CJSC, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To register the amendments to the rules of “MGM RICE” Closed Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund of “MGM RICE” CJSC.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “MGM RICE” CJSC or its delivery to the person authorized by “MGM RICE” CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
