Regulation to amend Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)

REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 13-101 RESPECTING THE SYSTEM
FOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT ANALYSIS AND RETRIEVAL (SEDAR)

- Appendix A of Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document
Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) (chapter V-1.1, r. 2) is amended by adding, in item E of
part II and after paragraph 6, the following:
“7. Offering document required to be filed or delivered by an issuer under
section 5A.2 of Regulation 45-106 respecting Prospectus Exemptions”.
- (1) This Regulation comes into force on 21 November 2022.
(2) In Saskatchewan, despite paragraph (1), if this Regulation is filed with the
Registrar of Regulations after 21 November 2022, this Regulation comes into force on the
day on which it is filed with the Registrar of Regulations.
