Order on Industry Subgroups in the Labour Market Occupational Insurance
The Danish Ministry of Employment issued this order to establish a detailed classification of industry subgroups for the Labour Market Occupational Insurance system based on main industry codes. It mandates that all employers and voluntarily insured persons be assigned to specific subgroups, with a formal appeal process available within four weeks for any disputes regarding these classifications.
