Lending-2025- Circular No. 31 Christmas and New Year Holidays
The Palestinian Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 31 of 2025 to designate December 25, 2025; January 1, 2026; and January 7, 2026 as official holidays for all specialized lending institutions operating in Palestine. The directive mandates that these dates, corresponding to Western Christmas, New Year, and Eastern Christmas respectively, be observed as official closures by all regulated lending entities.
