Subject: Christmas and New Year Holidays
Based on the provisions of Article No. (22) of Decision No. (132) for the year 2011 concerning the licensing and supervision system for specialized lending institutions and its amendments, and in consultation with the esteemed decision of the Council of Ministers, it has been decided to consider the following holidays and occasions as official holidays for all specialized lending institutions operating in Palestine, as follows:
On these occasions, I extend my congratulations to all employees in lending institutions, and we pray to God that He may return them to our Palestinian people with their aspirations fulfilled in establishing the independent State of Palestine and its capital, Al-Quds (Jerusalem).
