CONTINUATION OF INSTRUCTION NO. 09/2021 Page 2 of 2 b) Definition of the daily transaction value limit for the card, taking into account the maximum values of the Multicaixa network, as stipulated in Instruction 19/20 of December 9. 1.2. The Card Protection Service must be made available through the Multicaixa Express interbank channel and remote bank channels, namely Home Banking or Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. 2. Adaptation Period For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, participants in the Multicaixa System must implement and make available to their respective users the Card Protection Service within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days in at least one channel and within a maximum period of 120 (one hundred twenty) days in the channels referred to in point 1.2 of paragraph 1 of this Instruction, calculated from the publication date of this Instruction. 3. Non-Compliance Failure to comply with the provisions of this Instruction constitutes an offense provided for and punishable under Law No. 40/20, of December 16, the Angolan Payment System Law. 4. Doubts and Omissions Doubts and omissions arising from the interpretation and application of this Instruction are resolved by the Banco Nacional de Angola. 5.
