Abstract: In light of the effectiveness of the Financial Services Authority Regulation regarding the reporting of commercial banks through the OJK Reporting System, implementing provisions for the aforementioned POJK need to be established for Conventional Commercial Banks. The legal basis for this OJK Circular is: POJK No. 22 of 2025. This OJK Circular regulates the implementation guidelines for the reporting of Conventional Commercial Banks to the OJK via the OJK Reporting System, which establishes the types of reports mandatory for submission by Conventional Commercial Banks (BUK) and Foreign Bank Branches (KPBLN), including periodic and incidental reports along with provisions on data positions, periodicity, and submission deadlines. Provisions are also established regarding the first-time reporting and detailed guidelines for the preparation of periodic and incidental reports as contained in the appendix of this OJK Circular.

Notes: This OJK Circular takes effect on the date of establishment. This OJK Circular was established on November 28, 2025. The preparation and submission of Reports are conducted when Conventional Commercial Banks (BUK) and Foreign Bank Branches (KPBLN) have obligations, meet criteria, and/or conduct certain activities in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority. From the time this OJK Circular takes effect until the submission of the first Report based on this OJK Circular, Conventional Commercial Banks (BUK) and Foreign Bank Branches (KPBLN) continue to submit Reports in accordance with OJK Circular No. 26/SEOJK.03/2020 concerning Conventional Commercial Bank Reporting via the OJK Reporting System. Conventional Commercial Banks (BUK) and Foreign Bank Branches (KPBLN) submit reports via APOLO in accordance with this OJK Circular starting from the first data position regulated in this OJK Circular. Upon the effectiveness of this OJK Circular, OJK Circular No. 26/SEOJK.03/2020 concerning Conventional Commercial Bank Reporting via the OJK Reporting System is revoked and declared invalid.
