The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 97 A on June 3, 2025, granting a Foreign Exchange Trades License to Opera Norq Limited Liability Company. The authorization permits the company to conduct foreign exchange activities at its registered premises in Yerevan following a positive recommendation from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day following proper notification to the licensee.
