Granting a Foreign Exchange Trades Activity License to “Opera Norq”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 9 of Appendix as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007 “On Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””; Whereas on May 14, 2025 “Opera Norq”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to get an activity license for carrying out foreign exchange trades; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 25, dated May 27, 2025); the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a Foreign Exchange Trades License to “Opera Norq” Limited Liability Company for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: Moldovakan Str. 43, premises #43 and #44, Nor Norq community, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
This resolution to enter into force on the day following the proper notification to “Opera Norq” Limited Liability Company.
