CVM Instruction 409 (Repealed) - Investment Funds
CVM Instruction 409 established the rules for the formation, administration, operation, and information disclosure of investment funds in Brazil. It explicitly repealed several prior instructions, including 149/91, 171/92, and 302/99, while being subsequently amended by multiple later regulations. The instruction was ultimately repealed by CVM Instruction 555/14.
