CHAPTER ONE: Bylaw of Credit Information Companies’ Register System THE CENTRAL BANK OF KUWAIT’S BYLAW OF CREDIT INFORMATION COMPANIES’ REGISTRY SYSTEM. • Having reviewed Article (3) of the Law No. (9) of 2019 regulating the Exchange of Credit Information, and
• Article (1) of the Executive Bylaws of the Law No. (9) of 2019 regulating the Exchange of Credit Information, Resolved: Article (1) A register of the credit information companies is prepared by, and maintained with, the Central Bank of Kuwait, in which the following information should be recorded: (1) Number and date of registration. (2) Name and address of the company. (3) Legal form of the company. (4) Date of incorporation. (5) Company’s capital. (6) Reserves. (7) Names of the board members and chief executive officer. (8) Names of the auditor(s). (9) Any other information/particulars the Central Bank of Kuwait deems necessary to be included in the register. (10) Any change/amendment to the above information. Article (2) This resolution comes into effect from the date of issuance thereof, and should be published in the official gazette. Dr. Mohammad Y.
