Central Bank of Kuwait Bylaw on Credit Information Companies' Registry System
The Central Bank of Kuwait issued Resolution No. 90-A/439/2019 to establish an official registry for credit information companies. The bylaw mandates the systematic recording of corporate registration details, capital and reserves, board composition, auditors, and all subsequent amendments. Enacted under Law No. 9 of 2019, the resolution took effect upon issuance on September 10, 2019, and requires publication in the official gazette.
