BCEAO Advisory No. 002-03-2026 on Automated Financial Statement Reporting for Credit Institutions and Financial Companies
The Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) issued Advisory No. 002-03-2026 to mandate credit institutions and financial companies in the UMOA region, including banking holding companies, to submit their individual and consolidated annual and mid-year financial statements through the dedicated CRAEF digital platform. This requirement, effective for reports finalized after the first semester of 2026, aligns with existing periodicity rules under Instruction No. 035-11-2016 while preserving the option for physical submissions.
