The Oregon Insurance Division issued Bulletin 2006-2 to formally withdraw four prior regulatory bulletins concerning schedule rating plans, rate filings, and charitable gift annuities. The withdrawn documents include Bulletins 82-4, 86-3, 95-4, and 96-3, which previously governed individual risk rating, guide A rates, and deferred charitable gift annuities. This withdrawal takes effect immediately and is signed by Insurance Administrator Joel Ario on January 27, 2006.
