The OCC, Federal Reserve Board, and FDIC issued this Financial Institution Letter to direct all insured depository institutions in preparing, editing, and electronically submitting their December 31, 2024, Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income. Institutions must deliver their finalized data to the Central Data Repository by January 30, 2025, or February 4, 2025 for those with multiple foreign offices. The guidance enforces new reporting standards for loans to nondepository financial institutions and U.S. government-guaranteed structured products, permitting a best-efforts implementation phase through June 30, 2025.
