Regulation to amend Regulation 45-513 respecting Prospectus Exemption for Distribution to Existing Security Holders
The regulator issued this regulation to amend Regulation 45-513 by replacing references to Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc. with Cboe Canada Inc. in the definitions of listed security and paragraph (b) of Section 3. These changes update the recognized exchange entity within the prospectus exemption framework for distributions to existing security holders. The regulation specifies that it comes into force on the date indicated upon its official publication.
