Regulation to amend Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approves amendments to Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR). The amendment adds a new item to Appendix A requiring issuers to file offering documents mandated by section 5A.2 of Regulation 45-106 respecting Prospectus Exemptions. This regulation comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
