Amendment to Policy Statement 12-203 respecting Management Cease Trade Orders

The Canadian Securities Administrators amended Policy Statement 12-203 to align management cease trade order procedures with the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+). The revision removes outdated references to the legacy SEDAR system and inserts new provisions requiring electronic transmission of documents to regulators via SEDAR+. These changes ensure compliance with Regulation 13-103 while accounting for the phased implementation and specific exclusions within the updated electronic filing framework.
