Periodic Letter (1 – 2019)
The Central Bank of Libya has suspended the operation of the FCMS (Family Cash Management System) for Libyan family allowances and personal items, valued at $10,000.00, to facilitate internal organization and development. This temporary suspension takes effect from January 1 through January 13, 2019. All commercial banks are instructed to comply with and adhere to this directive immediately upon issuance.
