Based on the provisions of Law No. (1) of 2005 concerning Banks and its amendments, and on the supervisory and regulatory role exercised by the Central Bank of Libya over banks operating in Libya in accordance with the law's provisions,

Accordingly, we hereby inform you that the operation of the FCMS (Family Cash Management System) pertaining to the project for Libyan family allowances and personal items, valued at $10,000.00, has been suspended effective from today, Tuesday, January 1, 2019, until Sunday, January 13, 2019, for internal organization and development purposes.
