Superintendency Resolution No. 003-2026-SMV/10
The Peruvian Superintendency of the Market and Securities (SMV) sanctioned FLIP Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. with a fine of 4 UIT (S/ 17,600.00) for three serious infractions. FLIP Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. is sanctioned with 4 UIT equivalent to S/ 17,600.00 (Seventeen thousand six hundred and 00/100 soles) for having committed three (03) serious infractions: one (1) classified in Annex I, item 2, subsection 2.26 of the Sanctions Regulation, and two (2) classified in Annex VII, item 2, subsection 2.2 of the Sanctions Regulation, for failing to establish the required guarantee in favor of the SMV based on the mutual fund's net asset value and for failing to comply with the regulations regarding investment limits for mutual funds, respectively.
