The Commodity Futures Trading Commission proposes modifications to the aggregation provisions of its position limits regulations under 17 CFR Part 150. These proposed rules apply to futures and options on nine agricultural commodities and mirror changes previously proposed for other contracts under vacated Part 151. The amendments address exemptions from aggregation, including those for information sharing restrictions under federal, state, and foreign laws, as well as procedures for disaggregating positions of separately organized entities.
