CVM Resolution 538 (Repealed) - Administrative Sanctioning Processes
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Resolution 538 to establish the procedures for administrative sanctioning processes. This resolution repealed several prior regulations (457/02, 470/04, 490/05, 504/06, 514/06, 523/07) and amended Resolution 486/05. Although it was subsequently amended by Resolutions 552/08, 775/17, and 780/17, it was ultimately repealed by Instruction 607/19.
