Regulation to amend Regulation 13-102 respecting System Fees for SEDAR and NRD
The regulator amended Regulation 13-102 to update system fees for SEDAR and NRD filings, specifically setting the fee for combined simplified prospectus filings at $585.00 for issuers and $162.50 for fund facts documents. A transition provision allows investment funds to continue complying with the regulations as they stood on January 5, 2022, until September 6, 2022. The amendment generally comes into force on January 6, 2022, with a specific filing-based effective date for Saskatchewan.
