Instructions for Filling Out Web Forms for Management Companies: DZU UCITS, UAIF, OMD and DMD - Applicable from 1.1.2023
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) requires management companies operating under the DZU UCITS, UAIF, OMD, and DMD frameworks to submit standardized web forms for the registration and change of general data, legal entities, natural persons, and electronic documents. The instruction mandates that all submissions be completed through specific digital forms with mandatory fields for identification numbers, dates, and contact details, accompanied by a single supporting PDF file. Effective 1 January 2023, this framework replaces the previous 2017 guidelines and standardizes electronic signing, XML generation, and document attachment procedures for regulatory compliance.
