Decree No. 2009-825 of June 10, 2009 Appointing the Censors of the Central Bank of Madagascar
The President of the High Authority of the Transition, acting on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Budget, has appointed Mamy Ramanjatoson, Henri Rajerison, and Jeannot Ramiarimanana as Executive and Alternate Censors of the Central Bank of Madagascar for a four-year term. This Decree enters into force immediately upon radio or television broadcast and/or public posting, bypassing the requirement for insertion in the Official Journal. The Minister of Finance and Budget is charged with ensuring its execution within his jurisdiction.
