DECREE NO. 2009-825 of June 10, 2009 Appointing the Censors of the Central Bank of Madagascar THE PRESIDENT OF THE HIGH AUTHORITY OF THE TRANSITION Having regard to the Constitution, Having regard to Ordinance No. 2009-001 of March 17, 2009 conferring full powers to a Military Directorate; Having regard to Ordinance No. 2009-002 of March 17, 2009, transferring full powers to Mr. Andry Nirina RAOELINA; Having regard to Letter No. 79-HCC/G of March 18, 2009 from the Constitutional Court; Having regard to Decree No. 2009-250 of March 19, 2009 appointing the Prime Minister, Head of Government; Having regard to Decree No. 2009-251 of March 19, 2009 amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2009-394 of April 17, 2009 appointing the members of Government; ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE AND BUDGET, IN COUNCIL OF MINISTERS, D E C R E T E : Article 1 – The following are appointed Censors of the Central Bank of Madagascar for a term of four years: 1° RAMANJATOSON Mamy, Executive Censor; 2° RAJERISON Henri, Alternate Censor; 3° RAMIARAMANANA Jeannot, Alternate Censor. Article 2 – The Minister of Finance and Budget is responsible, for his part, for the execution of this Decree. Article 3 – Due to urgency and in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of Ordinance No. 62-041 of September 19, 1962 regarding general provisions of domestic and private international law, this Decree enters into force immediately upon publication by radio and/or television broadcast or posting, independently of its insertion in the Official Journal of the Republic.
