The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control updated the SDN List to reflect new aliases for Kovay Gardens, a Mexican timeshare resort designated for fraud on behalf of the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generacion. OFAC added aliases including Navira Villas & Residences and Marina Oasis Beachfront Resort to the entity's existing designation under Executive Orders 14059 and 13224. The agency also removed the chemical tanker Astra from the SDN List, terminating its Russia-related sanctions designation linked to Sao Viet Petrol Transportation Company Limited.
