Notice: Financial Services (Limited Partnership Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021
The Ag. Minister of Finance of the Virgin Islands issued this notice to appoint the effective date for the Financial Services (Limited Partnership Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021. Acting under the authority of Regulation 1(2) of the specified Statutory Instrument, the Minister formally declares that the regulations shall come into force on July 1, 2021.
