Notice: Financial Services (Limited Partnership Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021
The Ag. Minister of Finance of the Virgin Islands issued this notice to appoint the effective date for the Financial Services (Limited Partnership Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021. Acting under the authority of Regulation 1(2) of the specified Statutory Instrument, the Minister formally declares that the regulations shall come into force on July 1, 2021. This declaration was made on May 31, 2021, and published in the Gazette to establish the legal commencement of the amended fee structures.

No. 28 of 2021) A NOTICE BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE UNDER REGULATION 1(2) OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES (LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2021 DECLARING THE DATE ON WHICH THE SAID REGULATIONS SHALL COME INTO FORCE [Gazetted 31st May, 2021] WHEREAS it is provided by regulation 1(2) of the Financial Services (Limited Partnership Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 (S.I. No. 28 of 2021) that the said Regulations shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by Notice published in the Gazette, appoint; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in me, I hereby appoint the 1st day of July, 2021 to be the date on which the Financial Services (Limited Partnership Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 shall come into force.
