The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 154A on 9 September 2025 to formally register amendments to the rules of the SHIRO closed, non-public, contractual, specialized investment fund. This action was taken in response to petitions submitted by the fund's manager, SHIRO MANAGEMENT Limited Liability Company, between June and August 2025. The resolution enters into force the day following official notification to the management company.
