ON REGISTERING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF “SHIRO” CLOSED, NON-PUBLIC, CONTRACTUAL, SPECIALIZED INVESTMENT FUND OF “SHIRO MANAGEMENT” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point “ac” of Article 20, and Part 4 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”;

T aking into account that “SHIRO MANAGEMENT” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 4 June 2025, 14 July 2025, and 4 August 2025 with a petition to register the amendments to the rules of “SHIRO” closed, non-public, contractual, specialized investment fund of “SHIRO MANAGEMENT” Limited Liability Company,

B ased on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 39 of 3 September 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To register the amendments to the rules of “SHIRO” closed, non-public, contractual, specialized investment fund of “SHIRO MANAGEMENT” Limited Liability Company.

This Resolution shall enter into force as of the day following the due notification to “SHIRO MANAGEMENT” Limited Liability Company.
