Regulation to amend Regulation 81-101 respecting Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure

The amendment requires replacing all instances of "www.sedar.com" with "www.sedarplus.com" within the specified forms. This change becomes effective on June 9, 2023, with a specific provision for Saskatchewan where the effective date may be the filing date if it occurs after June 9, 2023.
