Order Approving Amendment to Regulation 81-106 Respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure
The Minister of Finance approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' regulation amending Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure. The amendment replaces section 9.2 to require investment funds to file an annual information form if they have not obtained a receipt for a prospectus in the preceding 12 months. This filing obligation does not apply to funds in continuous distribution that filed an ETF facts document or a fund facts document during that period. The regulation comes into force on March 3, 2025, with a specific provision for Saskatchewan regarding the filing date.
