CVM Instruction 465 (Revoked)
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Instruction 465 to amend Instructions 409/04 and 438/06. This regulatory document was published in the Official Gazette on February 21, 2008. Articles 1 and 2 were subsequently revoked by Instruction 555/14, and the entire instruction was revoked by Resolution 164/22.
