CSA Notice of Publication: Regulation Repealing and Replacing Regulation 13-102 Respecting System Fees for SEDAR and NRD
The Canadian Securities Administrators are repealing and replacing Regulation 13-102 to align system fees with the upcoming SEDAR+ national filing system renewal. The new regulation implements a simplified flat fee structure paid only to the principal regulator, eliminates certain filing fees, and introduces new fees for specific applications and exemptions. Total system fees collected by the CSA are projected to decline by approximately 7% as the changes aim to reduce annual revenue while minimizing administrative burden for market participants.
